1. Who we are

Finch Stone Digital Ltd (“we”, “us”) is a UK AI consultancy helping small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) with websites, local search visibility, social media and practical AI automation.

Finch Stone Digital Ltd is registered in England and Wales as a private limited company, company number 17434118. Our registered office is Business Opportunity Centre, Lenton Boulevard, Nottingham. NG7 2BG. For any privacy question, contact us at hello@finchstonedigital.co.uk.

2. What information we collect

When you complete our “Free Business Review” form, we collect the details you choose to give us: your name, business name, email address, phone number, website address, what you would like help with, and your message.

We do not collect payment information through this website, and we do not run advertising trackers that follow you around the internet.

3. How we use your information

  • To respond to your enquiry and arrange your free business review.
  • To prepare recommendations for your website, search visibility or social presence.
  • To provide and improve the services you ask us to carry out.
  • To keep a simple record of our conversations with your business.

4. Our legal basis

We rely on your consent when you tick the box on our enquiry form, and on legitimate interests when we reply to a business enquiry you have sent us or keep light records of work we have carried out together.

You can withdraw consent or object at any time by emailing hello@finchstonedigital.co.uk.

5. Who we share it with

We never sell your details. We share them only with the service providers that make our website and email work: a secure form-delivery service that passes your enquiry to our inbox, and our email provider. These providers process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it — for example, at the request of a court or regulator.

6. How long we keep it

Enquiries and notes from our conversations are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, so we can pick up where we left off. If you ask us to delete your details sooner, we will do so unless we must keep them for tax or legal reasons.

7. Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to:

  • Ask for a copy of the information we hold about you.
  • Ask us to correct anything that is wrong or out of date.
  • Ask us to delete your information.
  • Object to, or restrict, how we use your information.
  • Withdraw consent for us to contact you.

Email us and we will act within one month. If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

8. Cookies and security

This website does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Only essential, privacy-respecting cookies are used to keep the site working.

We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to keep the information you share with us safe, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access limited to the Finch Stone Digital team.

9. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date at the top. Significant changes will be highlighted before they take effect.

10. Contact us
